I’ve noticed that online (and sometimes in real life), certain phrases and ideas just get repeated over and over, almost like people are on autopilot.
For example, on social media "6 7" then everyone is saying 6 7 or in the news, there are phrases that everyone seems to parrot without questioning the meaning behind them. Is this just habit, herd mentality, or something deeper?

How do we spot NPC-like behavior/ppl without being disrespectful? Are there ways to understand the patterns behind it?
